Together with Co-Chairman, Home Team Volunteer Network, A/Prof Ho Peng Kee, the Home Team (HT) Volunteers visited the Pre-Release Centre at Changi Prison Complex and were introduced to the programmes the inmates undergo before their release and reintegration into societ
Thank you to all the VSC officers for working alongside our regulars to keep Singapore safe and secure.
The Home Team [email protected] Programme is a special milestone programme, designed to equip the Home Team volunteers with safety and security skills so that they can make a difference in the community.
HTVN witnessed the vibrant camaraderie among the CDAU volunteers at the appreciation dinner on 12 August 2016. This is a very encouraging sight.
NTU made history on 11 August 2016 as the first university to set up the CD Lionhearter Club and be part of the movement to cultivate youth interest in emergency preparedness and to nurture them to be Community First Responders.
These volunteers have rendered their expertise and knowledge by serving as a member of the various Home Team Boards, Councils and Committees or by making contributions to the front-line operations in their respective volunteer schemes.
Volunteerspicked up useful fire safety tips, emergency preparedness knowledge and life-saving skills through state-of-the-art interactive exhibits at the EPC on 23 July 2016.
